Although every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Lumo reserves the right to correct any pricing errors.

If an incorrect price has been displayed after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • Secure online card payments (where available)
  • Bank Deposit (EFT)
  • Cash on Delivery (selected areas only)

Orders paid by EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared.

Cash on Delivery is available only within selected delivery areas and may be subject to additional conditions.

6. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Lumo reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.
  • Decline suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Cancel orders where products become unavailable.
  • Limit quantities purchased.

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be processed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is available:

  • Customers will receive notification once their order is ready.
  • Orders should only be collected after confirmation has been received.
  • Identification may be required when collecting orders.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Products must generally be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition unless defective.

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, customisation or legal restrictions.

10. Promotions

From time to time, Lumo may offer promotions, discount codes or special pricing.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined.
  • Promotions are available while stocks last.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Lumo reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
