Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Local Delivery – Selected areas

• Same-day local delivery is available in selected areas.
• Minimum order: R50
• Delivery fee: R25
• Free local delivery on orders of R500 or more
• Delivery is subject to availability and our delivery schedule.

Nationwide Delivery

• Economy: R100 — approximately 2–5 business days
• Express: R150 — approximately 1–2 business days
• Free economy delivery on orders of R1,000 or more

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond Lumo's control.

Customers may select available pickup-point options at checkout, where applicable.
